Onboarding

From first call to first night

The paperwork goes first, so the crew arrives with nothing left to ask.

  1. 01
    Day 1

    Step 1: Walk-through

A daytime visit with your facility contact and, where there is one, infection prevention.

  2. 02
    Day 3 to 7

    Step 2: Written bid

Areas, products, nights, barrier, cleaning, handback and payment schedule, in one document.

  3. 03
    Before award

    Step 3: Vendor setup

Certificate of insurance, W-9, safety data sheets and your onboarding forms.

  4. 04
    Before the first night

    Step 4: Plan and permit

The crew lead and our infection-control coordinator read your permit and write the night plan.

  5. 05
    Night 1

    Step 5: First night

Badge in, walk, set the barrier, and begin.

The days are an example. Your onboarding rules and your calendar set the real ones.

The bid

What a written bid states

One page per phase, so your approvers can read it without a meeting.

  • 1

    Areas and surfaces

Every area by name or room number, with its surfaces and the repairs listed.

  • 2

    Products and sheens

Products from your approved list, with the data sheet and the sheen for each.

  • 3

    Nights and crew size

How many nights, how many painters and the hours on site.

  • 4

    Barrier and cleaning

The barrier class, the cleaner, the waste route and the handback steps.

  • 5

    Contacts and escalation

Who the crew lead calls at what hour, and what happens if an area can't reopen.

  • 6

    Payment schedule

By area or by phase, with the purchase-order number if you use one.
