About the firm
Leflore Healthcare Painting is about thirty people, working in crews of five or six on nights and weekends.
Vernice Leflore started the firm to paint the places other painters avoid: occupied hospitals, clinics and senior living, where the work has to be invisible by morning. The office handles bids, permits and paperwork by day. The crews handle the buildings by night.
Crews of five or six, each with a named lead
An infection-control coordinator on every job
A night supervisor on the phone whenever a crew is in your building

Who is on your site
Five people carry the work between the office and the crews. Every crew has a named lead, and the night supervisor's line is answered while a crew is in your building.
Owner and president
Runs the firm and signs every bid. Walks the first site visit for each new facility.
Night operations superintendent
Schedules the crews, answers the night supervisor line and walks each handback with your contact.
Infection-control coordinator
Reads your ICRA permit with the crew lead before each job and keeps the barrier and cleaning log.
Project manager and estimator
Measures at the walk-through, writes the bid and keeps your phases on schedule.
Safety and compliance lead
Keeps insurance certificates, safety data sheets, crew records and vendor paperwork current.
How the work is organized
Two shifts that hand off to each other, so nothing waits for morning.
Takes your call, measures at the walk-through, writes the bid and files the paperwork. Open weekdays 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Badge in at six, build the barrier, paint, clean and hand back. The night supervisor answers every call they make.
We'll bring the project manager and the infection-control coordinator.
