“The plan named who to call at what hour, and the barrier was up before the first can opened. Our infection-prevention nurse looked over the photos on Monday and asked for no changes.”

Every facility's rules are different. These entries show the shape of a reference, not a result.
From facility teams
What the morning walk-through is like
“Hallways on three floors, one floor a night. Residents saw a sign instead of a mess, and the meal carts rolled at six.”
“They asked the year the building went up before anything else, then told us how the lead rule applied to a space where children are.”
“Their clean-down matched our checklist, so my team walked the area and signed off instead of cleaning it again.”
Sample reviews.
Reference calls
How a reference call works
You talk to the person who signed off, not to us.
Ask for a reference and the office sends the name and number of a facility contact who agreed to take calls. Pick the kind of building closest to yours.
What to ask
- Did the barrier and the permit match what was written?
- Was the area ready when promised, and what happened when it wasn't?
- How did the crew lead and the night supervisor handle questions?
- Would you hire the firm again for an occupied building?
Contacts are released with the facility's permission and only once you've asked.
Ask for a reference call
Tell us the kind of building and we'll send a contact in one close to it.
